Is this used furniture?
Some of it. Most of our inventory is overstock (never owned), showroom samples (sat on, never lived with), and customer returns (used briefly, then sent back). We tag every piece with its history so you know exactly what you're getting.
Do you deliver?
Yes — local delivery within a 30-mile radius for a flat fee, usually next-day. Outside that, we can arrange a regional carrier at cost. You're also welcome to pick up directly from the showroom.
Can I return something if it doesn't fit?
All sales are final, but we'd rather you measure twice than regret once — bring your dimensions and we'll help you figure out fit before you commit. Floor models can be reserved with a small deposit while you double-check.
How do prices compare to buying new?
Generally 30 – 60% off the brand's current retail price. Showroom samples and returns tend to land in the 50%+ range. Overstock that's still sealed in original packaging is closer to 30%.
Why appointment only?
Two reasons. First, our inventory rotates fast and we want to make sure the piece you came to see is actually still on the floor when you arrive. Second, you get someone's full attention — the history of every piece, the price flexibility, what else just came in. Walk-ins get a much worse version of the same visit.
What happens after I book?
You'll get a confirmation email with the address and a calendar invite. The day before, we'll send a quick reminder and confirm the specific piece is still available. If something sells in between, we'll tell you before you drive over and rebook for free.
Do you buy furniture from individuals?
Not yet. Our inventory comes directly from retail partners. If that changes, we'll announce it on our newsletter — sign up at the bottom of the page.
